1. Introduction

This page is run by Spray Equip Ltd, trading as Sprayequip, 51 High Street, Hāwera 4610, Taranaki. By using this page you accept these terms. They sit alongside our privacy policy, and they do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2. What this page is

This page covers the Rapid Spray SprayScout. On it you will find:

• Product information: specifications supplied by Rapid Spray and by us. We check them, but figures can change between model runs, so we confirm the detail with you before you order.

• Pricing: all prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless we say otherwise. They are current at the time of publishing and can change without notice.

• Enquiries: the form on this page starts a conversation. It is not an order, and it does not hold stock for you.

  
  

3. Orders and payment

When you decide to go ahead:

• We confirm the model, reel setup, price and delivery in writing before anything is charged.

• An order is accepted once we have confirmed it and payment has been received.

• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment, subject to factory workload.

• We deliver New Zealand wide, from Cape Reinga to Bluff.

4. Stock and availability

We stock the SprayScout in Hāwera, but availability changes. We confirm what is on hand before you pay.

• If a unit is not in stock, we will tell you the lead time before you commit.

• If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will offer you an alternative or refund you in full.

  
  

5. Warranty

The SprayScout carries the Rapid Spray manufacturer warranty:

• Tank: 15 years, repair or replace, not pro-rata.

• Engine: 3 years on the Honda engine.

• Pump: 3 years.

• Reel: 3 years on the MegaDrive Buddy Smart Reel.

• Claims: talk to us first. We handle the claim with Rapid Spray on your behalf.

6. Using the sprayer safely

Agricultural chemicals and pressurised spray equipment carry real risk. Follow the Rapid Spray operator manual, the chemical label and your regional council rules, and wear the protective gear the label calls for. How the unit is used once it leaves us is your responsibility.

7. Liability

We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that every figure on this page is free of error. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to you, nothing in these terms limits it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
